Plumbers and Plumbing Services in WallaseyWallasey
Wallasey has a population of approximately 50,000 and is situated at the mouth of the River Mersey. Wallasey comprises 7 different townships: Liscard, Seacombe, Egremont, New Brighton, Wallasey Village, Poulton and Leasowe. Wallasey is a new town and therefore does not have a lot of history of its own, although its constituent townships boast a consideable heritage. Between 1825 and 1829 the New Brighton fort was built for defence purposes. New Brighton has also been a seaside resort. It continues to boast a number of attractions although there has been a drop in its popularity. Brighton pier was shut in the 1970s and in 1978 it was finally demolished. Wallasey is now more of a commuter town for Liverpool thanks to its strong transport links - Queensway and Kingsway tunnels are close by, giving good road connections to the city. The passenger ferry provides an alternative option. The railway stations are New Brighton, Wallasey Village and Wallasey Grove Road. There are many reputable plumbing companies in and around Wallasey.
